Villa Manusardi – with the public park that surrounds it – today belongs to Casalfiumanese Municipality and it was destined to host a public library and secondary school. It consists of a typical 19th century manor belonging to the family Manusardi, bankers from Milano, who used it as a holiday home and for the production of wine.

Park and Villa Manusardi are particularly appreciated by the locals and visitors loving the outdoors. This is the starting point for Luca Ghini hiking trail.

Manusardi Park

The park has remained almost entirely unchanged.  A flat lawn area with tall trees lining its paths and a gentle sloping area leading down to the Casale river, populated with Mediterranean and local flora.

Villa Masolini

On the right bank of the Casale river, stands a 19th century villa that belonged to the counts of Masolini. Its garden contains the Fontanone, a 19th century pool with stone changing room.
