Guided tour to discover this oil mill, located in the heart of an olive grove on the first hills of Imola at the gates of the Santerno Valley.

With an excellent sun exposure, an altitude of 70 to 100 m. above sea level and well-drained soil, it is perfect for olive tree cultivation.

Program:
– Arrival at the oil mill.
– Guided tour of the olive grove with in-depth analysis of varieties and cultivation methods.
– Later, a guided tour of the oil mill with in-depth analysis of extraction techniques and technologies.
– Finally, tasting of 3 different olive oils and some typical products.
