Educational farm

In the Medicina countryside, sits an old rice warehouse with adjoining farmyard used in the processing of agricultural products known as “Il Cavicchio.” It is the AIA CAVICCHIO agricultural education center.
Two comfortable large rooms are available for school groups and visiting families.
The farmyard houses farm animals. And nearby you can visit the vegetable garden.
Available to all visitors are a large parking, even for coaches, and a garden with games for children.

In addition to the educational are, the renovated building is home to the “Voli e Sapori” restaurant.

There is also the headquarters of the “M.Ceccarelli” visitor center of the “Croce del Nord” Radio telescope of Medicine.
Outside is a field equipped for practicing Paintball.
